Situated a short drive from the Cotswolds with its abundance of beautiful villages, great walks and attractions including Adam’s Farm as shown on Country File, Birdland and the miniature village in Bourton on the Water. Take a day trip to the spa town of Cheltenham famous for its Gold Cup horse race, or visit nearby Worcester, with its majestic cathedral. With Shakespeare’s birthplace and the many attractions of Stratford-upon-Avon also nearby, this delightful area has something for everyone!
Tewkesbury is just seven miles away where the rivers Avon and Severn join and boat trips are available. The lovely unspoilt Tudor Town has an historic Abbey and many unusual old Alleys, hostelries and small shops.
Upton upon Severn lies six miles away and really goes to town with several well known popular festivals; Folk Festival, Jazz Festival, Blues Festival, Sunshine Festival and offers much, much more.
